a. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

b. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. c. Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original tags and packaging. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange:

a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange.

b. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt of the order.

b. We may require photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Compliance with Return Policy:
